Jenny Langendeorfer
Jenny joined the Little Guild in 2020 after a decade as VP of MI Integrated Media in Norfolk. Her extensive background in communications, marketing, and business development has enhanced and strengthened the Guild's mission to rescue, heal and individually nurture homeless cats and dogs. Jenny has been involved in a broad range of local educational, recreational and economic organizations as well as a volunteer for a number of nonprofit causes. Jenny and her husband, Mike, have two sons, Barrett and Xavier. Jenny lives in Norfolk, and enjoys spending time with her family and pets, which includes their two rescue dogs Scout and Georgia and two cats, Fletcher and Cleo, both Little Guild Alumni. "Every day at the Little Guild animals are healed and loved, pet owners are supported, and families are built. It is a daily lesson in love and resilience."

Tiffany Lemelin
Quick-moving and always ready with a smile and a solution, Tiffany brings years of executive management experience to the Little Guild. Asked whether the dogs are hard to manage behind the desk, Tiffany says, "Not at all. Animals have always been a constant and important part of my family." Outside of the office, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, cat and LG alumni dog.

Susan Boucher
Spend one moment with Sue and you know just how much she loves animals. Whether it's rescuing a snapping turtle or saving an injured chipmunk, Sue never passes by an animal in need. Bursting with kindness and always ready to lend a hand, Sue is a wonderful asset to The Little Guild. Also, a truly talented baker and gardener, Sue is definitely a great person to keep close by! Sue is the mother of 3 and grandmother to 7, she lives in Norfolk with husband Alan and their Little Guild Alumni dog named Noodle!

Ann DeCerbo
Ann is lifetime animal lover, mother of three, and active community organizer. She jokes that her house – with a busy family, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs, 2 birds, and a tankful of fish – fits somewhere between Peaceable Kingdom and Wild America. Having worked as a creative services director for more than 20 years, Ann offers a wealth of marketing experience. She is delighted to be a part of the animal rescue world and says, “Marketing the beautiful mission and adorable animals of The Little Guild is a no-brainer …and a pleasure!

Kristen White
Kristen joined the Little Guild in 2024 as a bookkeeper, bringing 27 years of experience, primarily from running her own businesses. She shares her home with her husband, two daughters, a Lhasa Apso Terrier named Rosie, and a gecko named Spots. Her passions are art, gardening, and nature. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, gardening, traveling and taking walks with Rosie.

Kassidy Humphrey
Kassidy joined The Little Guild in 2020 as an animal care specialist and was promoted to the Feline Manager in 2021, and then to the Animal Coordinator in 2024. Kassidy has two cats and one dog that are Little Guild alumni: cats Cleo (previously Mary) and Keira (previously Butterscotch), and dog Bentley . Kassidy enjoys being able to help animals in need and giving them the time and attention they need to help them find their furever homes!

Michael DeBarba
Michael is a certified trainer and behaviorist with a passion in the obedience and behavioral side of training.. Michael is Pro Dog Trainer Core Skills Certified, as well as having acquired multiple certifications in a variety of areas of expertise: dog language and group play, engagement skills, training dogs with food, and leash skills. " I am thrilled to be a member of the Little Guild and I am very excited to help as many dogs and people as I can. I hope I can help you grow your knowledge as well and create happy, healthy well balanced lives for you and your new or existing pups!" Michael and his girlfriend enjoy living with their two dogs, Catahoula- Pitbull mix Tucker, who loves to run, senior dog Ruger, and cats Blast and Bob.

Kelsey joined The Little Guild in 2021 as an animal care specialist. She has a cat, Topaz, who she adopted from The Little Guild. She enjoys being at work surrounded by the animals and helping take care of them until they find their forever homes.

Meghan is one of those people who just gets animals. As an animal care specialist at The Little Guild, she spends her days making sure every dog and cat feels safe, loved, and ready for a new home. She’s got endless patience, a huge heart, and a real gift for helping even the shyest pets come out of their shells. Whether it’s a cuddle, a walk, or just some quiet time, Megan’s always there to make a difference. We’re so lucky to have her as part of the Little Guild family!

Mark Gelina
Mark has always been passionate about animals and is currently studying at Unity University to become a wildlife rehabilitator and veterinarian. His studies in wildlife biology, animal behavior, and rehabilitation equip him to care for both domestic and wild animals. At home, his cat Frankenstein—a fluffy, goofy Ragdoll with a tiny meow and a purr that shakes the house—keeps life lively and reminds him why he loves this work. At the Little Guild, Mark is committed to making every animal feel safe, cared for, and understood, whether through daily care or helping adopters find their perfect match.

Suzanne Tracy, CVT
Having loved animals from a young age, Suzanne is a true champion to creatures of all kinds! She has worked as a certifiied Vet Tech for over 25 years, with a specialization in surgery for the past 10. She has extensive experience training both dogs and horses and has worked caring for the animals at several area farms. Currently, Suzanne owns a farm of her own in Torrington where she enjoys her many rescue animals, gardening, trail hiking, kayaking, and floating in her pond.

The Mission of The Little Guild
Strengthening the loving bonds between people and pets in our communities.
The Little Guild is dedicated to rescuing and nurturing homeless dogs and cats for adoption into safe and caring homes. To improve well-being, we also provide educational programs and training, as well as medical, food and social services support to pet owners in need.
