STRAY CAT PLACEMENT REQUEST
The placement request form must be filled out in it's entirety. Incomplete submissions will not be considered. When your form is successfully submitted you will receive a confirmation e-mail from surrender@littleguild.org. We will contact you regarding your request within 2-business days of receipt.
You will need to upload at least one photo of the cat you are trying to place at the end of this form, the form cannot be completed without uploading a photo.
Did you know the Little Guild has pet pantry available to the community? If you are having a temporary hardship, we may be able to help! Pantry is available 7 days per week 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., no appointment necessary!
