Thank you for your interest in saving a cat's life by adopting from the Little Guild of Saint Francis. The following information is required so that we can assist you in the selection of your new family member. The information is completely confidential and will only be used for adoption purposes. All questions must be answered. Incomplete applications will not be considered. In order to be considered for an adoption, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have identification showing your present address.
  • Have the consent of all adults living in your household.
  • Own your own home, or have the landlord's consent to bring an animal into your apartment/house.
  • Completion of this application does not guarantee the adoption of an animal in our care

    Because The Little Guild of St. Francis is concerned for the health and welfare of the abandoned, distressed dogs and cats that it has welcomed to its Shelter, great care is taken to assume that each pet will be adopted into a safe environment, will receive adequate health care, and will be treated with respect and kindness.
